Frost* / Craig Sighting
January 22, 2012, 05:02:58 AM
So my cousin invited me to this year's NAMM in Anaheim, California.
I'm standing around in the Roland arena and I faintly hear Black Light Machine in my left ear. At this point I'm baffled at the sounds of Frost* and I look over and see Craig Blundell SHREDDING to the keyboard solo. I will admit I had no idea he was going to be there. Quite the pleasant surprise.

Craig it was great chatting with you and I wish you luck with the Frostyboys*. Hope to see you guys back in the states!

Quote from: "Jem Godfrey"For the last 10 years I've done a lot of pop and a lot of rock. I've had a load fun and did ok from it. However, I feel like I need a break from all that now. I'm fresh out of love and ideas.
does seem to confirm that we're not going to get a whole lot of Frost* in 2011. Thank Godfrey 2010 was such a corker...
Don't you think that quote means that he's tired of doing everything BUT frost?
Pop and Rock are the things he produces. I'm sure Frost is an entity primarily outside of those endeavors.

is the online store the only place TPE will be available?
as in... will it be in stores?

That would just be plain silly.

Frost doesn't do silly things.

nah Ripper, I had to figure it out by ear. If you have a question about it you can PM me and I'll try to help you out.

Drarok, if you're asking what I used to play it, I have the ol' school Fantom-S and there's a sick patch on there that I tweaked to sound like Jem's lead.

My nerd level = extremely high

exactly what the title says.

some parts are changed a bit. and there are a lot of obvious errors... but it sounds pretty cool...

my fingers just can't tickle fast enough right now...

Frost* / Re: The Forget You Song - sound issues

i dont know why people are saying it sounds bad/annoying, i think the production is awesome on that song. it's a bit more raw and less produced but i think it fits the song.

Doubt I was. Not to mention my prog knowledge is not as vast as a Frostie's should be. I just cant find time for all the prog out there.

I dont even know if Outfield's prog, just assuming they are.
