That might be a good idea.

It wasn't me, I didn't do it nobody saw me do it you can't prove anything

Sure I'll supply some!
this tp is a bit too rough for my delicateness..
Delicatessen?  I could really go for a sub right now...
That sounds good, let's meat for lunch  :D
This is a quotation. It's the repetition of one expression as part of another one, particularly when the quoted expression is well-known or explicitly attributed (as by citation) to its original source. Aha.
Hmm, you sure about that? What's your source?
Wiki always speaks the truth. Especially here.
WHAT, he's not a moose whisperer anymore?
Did you know that Jem Godfrey is an anagram for "Gee My Fjord"?
What about "My Freed Jog"?
That's a propitious accusation.
When quoting, you can save vertical space by beginning your response right after the closing square bracket after the "/quote" tag without hitting <return>. This also makes a hyperquote more visually appealing and a teeny bit less annoying to some....
I've pruned the spare lines out of this one. The old forum gave some quite pleasant curves when this was done.  :)
And we all love pleasant curves don't we kids? ;)
That's really quite pleasing to the eye - a bit like a Bridget Riley painting.  Is colour preserved in quotes?
That would be a "yes" then.  ;)
Has all this not broken it yet??
No (two spare lines deleted)  :D
Numbering the quotees can help when trying to find the limit
I'm pleased to say it's still working perfectly on my  G1. And looking delightfully curvaceous, to boot.
30 Works OK for me. What was hyperquoting? & that should be 31
32 I can see that too - marvellous stuff! :D
this is some big ass quote
curvalicious
I filled in the missing numbaz!
...and I took out the blank lines!  ;)
and I just added another line with absolutely no meaning :D
and I added one more just because it's a while since I added another layer.
There was a missing number I just felt the need to fill in
Come on! Can't you think of something better to add than that?
Hey you missed mine out
He did - I saw him, and it confused me! : :?
That's odd. I'd have thought I'd have been notified about James' post when I submitted. Maybe it did and I thought I'd hit preview by mistake.
Apologies for any undue confusion, distress or genital warts caused.
Oh no... numbers... I hope I'm doing it right.
That looked right to me :)
Oh well, that's great. Lets see if I can do it again :)
Almost - you'd put the number after my name (now corrected) :D
Sssh!
Holy Sh*t, this thing is a monster, or rather a lion.  ;)
It's a good thing I have a  2560x1600 screen
Just tidying up some blank lions. Lines, I mean.

I wonder when we're unable to read the first quote.
70 - This one could run  :D
Nope... Still see it. Let's try it again.
72 - What? more of this?
Bloody hell, this is tricky to follow after a mornings screen gazing... I think I managed a Ghost post above... I'll delete it.  :D

Still going!
74 no, don't delete it.
Does get to the eyes after a while

OK I won't!!  :) I think I quoted an older post, rather than the active one on the bottom... and there's nothing like an acti....   opps perhaps not!!

Ooh, was that there there pointed at me, missus?  ;)

Tinyfish's "unread posts since last visit" page empties out as you read the posts, our "view new posts" page does not....unless I am using ours in the wrong way?
It doesn't empty out, but it does put a before each one that's got new-to-you posts. And if you click the aforesaid , you go straight to the first unread.
'Tis kewl.

and that's the little bit of info I was looking for!  yay!  even better.
