You'll have to start another thread to discuss that Mikey, this is strictly for old-skool tech, you can only discuss if your steel nib is better than TA's hand-cut quill for example :P
If you watch the vid again (and listen carefully) at the end you can hear some "bebung" which is on the very last chord and is vibrato caused by slightly varying how hard you wobble the keys after they have been struck.
The clavichord has strings that are struck by a piece of metal called a tangent, so extra prog-points there too.
