Any idea when the Cambridge gig is due to finish? I will need to get back to me towerblock...
The Edinburgh gig was finished by 11, so maybe about the same? :) :)
Cheers :)
Are you travelling by train? If so you will need a taxi to the station. Where is your Towerblock? (assuming no one has knocked it down yet...) Driving is OK, but parking is a nightmare...
Hello Lyn
I will need to get the last train back to London which goes at about 23.12 so will get a taxi from the pub.
Cheers

Will check out the reliable taxi companies for you. See you there! It is the last night of the Folk Festival so book early and expect chaos...
Thanks Lyn - didn't know about the Folk Festival.
I'm doing both! The station will be crazy busy, the Folk Festival winds up at about ten. My friend says Panther Taxis are reliable, he lives in town, and uses Taxis in town, so I trust his opinion. 01223 715715. Disclaimer: "Other taxi firms are available". I am waiting to hear from another couple of people that I have asked too. The morning service to London starts on Monday at about quarter to five... Bring a jumper?
Thanks again Lyn. Taxi number now stored in phone. Will probably have to leave gig at about 10.30 just to be on the safe side and hope to get on the train.
Phone early and pre-book, the easy money on that Sunday night will be shuffling the Folk Festival people up to the station, it's just like doing circuits and bumps for the taxi firms. The Portman is across town so less lucrative. Phone and book before Sunday... ;)
Thanks again Lyn.
I have a back up plan! - Coach from Cambridge after midnight - get in to London in the middle of the night - well about 4 ish. Might do that or just buy the ticket just in case.
Cheers

Yup, me and Sue will be there. Anyone know what wheel chair access is like there?
