With the confirmation of Anathama Acoustic as Very Special Guests on Saturday May 31st, the final lineup for Celebr8.3 is now complete.

Celebr8.3 takes place at The Islington Assembly Hall on Saturday 31st of May and Sunday 1st of June Doors Open at 1.00pm and the full lineup in order of appearance is:

Hi all,

Just to give you all the heads up.  Lots of people have contacted us about day tickets. We will be releasing day tickets but we are concentrating on weekend tickets at the moment. Day tickets will be £45.00 you get to see IO EARTH, DISTRICT 97 (First ever UK show), FROST* & THRESHOLD. Frost* will get a full set as will all of the bands hence only 4 bands on the bills.

Nobody wants to see a 45 mins set now do we? No we're all greedy and want full on sets.

Oh you also get to see the acoustic stage with lots of surprises and intimate sets, these will run in between main stages so you won't miss a thing.

Doors 7pm FROST* on stage at 7.30pm a full 70 min set for both FROST* & IT BITES! Well it is Christmas, just don't be late :-)

I do in fact have a knew nick name given to me by a couple of gorgeous young ladies who want to cast me in a period drama.

They have named me Sir Jonathan Twangage.  

Although the Scala is an 18+ venue, if you personally contact the venue they will use their discretion. I am NOT allowed to advertise this so, please, please do not go overboard. It is the law and not the venue that make these rules. The lovely people at the venue informed me of this at the meeting yesterday. I know we are only talking about a small amount of under 18's.

It is up to the venue, not me. Too many will result in me getting into a heap of legal trouble & the last thing I want to do is upset anyone. I need to work again.

Awww, cheers mate! REALLY appreciate you finding this out. I may do as you suggest and contact the venue to see what they say, however, if there is any element of doubt re. +16 admission I would probably not chance it in case it all went pear shaped at the door, plus of course no one wants the name of Twang to be hauled up for questioning!
