I picked up on that as well, it's sort of a spooky ethereal effect sitting in the background.
I really like all the little extra layers that get added on as the song builds, it's executed perfectly by Jem :)

Ha! :D I thought it was some kinda new-fangled copy protection thingy, like watermarks on photos.
Also it's not in the same key than the Rockfields Files version which really distrubs me (but in a good way).
Blunders made mention(on FB last week) of the first video from the new album being 'released' today - complete with a moody picture from the video shoot (he mentioned it a while back and was playing a white Mapex kit, lit up all lovely and stuff).
Guess it'll be 'Heartstrings' but who knows....................
I'm not sure. If it's also going up on the Inside Out Youtube channel alongside the lyric video then I would have expected that it would be something new, possibly 'Numbers'.
We'll know soon enough :)

I dunno who here has heard the entire record but let me give you my personal view.
It's absolutely breathtaking. Just mesmerising and fun and engaging. It combines all your favourite bits of the band and melds them into some new and exciting. So many highlights on the album that it just becomes a series of goofy smiles, involuntary fist pumping and one particular moment ('Last Day') that moves me to tears.
The fact that I bashed on for 1012 words should give you an indication of how much I love it. Album of the year without a doubt.
EDIT - I've also just had word from the Editor, that there is the potential for an interview so if you have any questions you'd like me to consider asking, PM me!

It is a shame that the technical problems have stifled the release of the video because it would have helped with the necessary hype build up in the lead up to the album release but it will still help to promote the album nonetheless. Maybe the video coming out on release day will work quite well, who knows.

Hi-fi the size of a small moon of a big planet and I am listening to Falling Satellites via Spotify through my phone plumbed into my Arcam amp via the PVR. Spotify insisting on playing two tracks together at once with added excursions into Saline, and adverts... and it is still awesome and shivery! It has just decided to play No You No Me. No clue why. This is prog... Morecambe and Wise fashion...all the music, in the wrong order. Still sounds awesome. Thank you. Hopefully Nellie will help restore order tomorrow (today)!
