So my cousin invited me to this year's NAMM in Anaheim, California.
I'm standing around in the Roland arena and I faintly hear Black Light Machine in my left ear. At this point I'm baffled at the sounds of Frost* and I look over and see Craig Blundell SHREDDING to the keyboard solo. I will admit I had no idea he was going to be there. Quite the pleasant surprise.

I'm posting this assuming you guys know who FNM is. If not, I suggest you bow your head in shame! Either way, I know I'm seeing Frost in may, but I was really looking forward to the legendary Frost/DT show. But now that my 2nd favorite band of all time has announced their fucking REUNION after 11 years!!! I'm going to have to weigh them both... This is tough. This like picking between a mansion and a Ferrari. I mean I'm not even exaggerating about the fav's thing, Frost and Faith No More are literally my two favorite bands of all time. And they HAVE to play on the same day right? haha. God is laughing at people like me.

A cheese grater is definitely one of the most brutal thing to get hurt with. the thought of that thing ya know... doing what it does to your skin... fuckin horrifies me. Jem, you've lived my nightmare. Put a band-aid on that thing instantly for gods sake!

I have all my funds in there and everything, and when I try and submit the order it keeps saying 'this method of payment is temporarily unavailable.' But now it doesn't make any sense because I definitely have money transferred into my paypal so it shouldn't be saying that.

I am about 200% more pumped for this album than I was 6 minutes ago. I just wanted to share that with you guys.

Yeah..... so I saw Gandy's rendition of Hyperventilate and I figured I might as well upload this poor attempt at the BLM solo that I did one day. I completely half-assed a few parts because I was a bit too buzzed when I decided to bang this out. The chromatic part at the end... Seriously, J, how in the fucking hell do you play that!? I had to cut a few notes out just to get through it! :lol:  Honestly, I tried it sober the next day and simply could not get it tight.

Either way, I should take the time out to master the entire solo, but this is what I got out of it:
