Summers End Festival Announces The Tangent

The Summers End Festival , which takes place on 7th, 8th and 9th October at is thrilled to announce its Saturday evening special guests, with a welcome return to the festival for The Tangent.

Now a truly British band, the group features ever-present keyboard player Andy Tillison, brilliant young guitarist Luke Machin, Jonathan Barrett on fretless bass and new recruit, drummer Nick Rickwood. The band are hard at work on their latest album "Comm" and have just released a superb live DVD "Going off on Two".
 
Festival co-organiser Stephen Lambe adds:
"We had originally intended to invite the band to play in 2012, but having seen several of their remarkable live performances in the last few months, I just knew we had to get them back to the festival as fast as possible.  They are currently one of the best live prog bands in the world, and deserve to be seen by as many people as possible."
