As for Friday, I'm taking a guess that Jem's going to announce he's standing as a candidate for MP in the constituency of Upper Progshire, and from there to forming a government in 13/8 time, with policies including a synthesiser in every primary school, free biscuits in every phone booth, and young Burke as Minister of Rawk  :D

Seriously, what could possibly go wrong ...  :?

That, and I'd wager there are a few whatnots to be crossed and dotted before any official announcement about these things can be made.
Let's face it Rush just had a bloomin' great countdown and nobody knew what was at the end of it - at least we have a date and a reasonable idea what to expect, except for the Gosfrey curve-ball that will probably be included!!!!!

Actually, I did meet Richard O'Brien, creator of the Rocky Horror (Picture) Show and Riff-Raff at the right, at a sci-fi convention back in the mid-70s, shortly after the film came out. I'm still struggling ...  ;)
