The more I browse this the more I feel it is a Blog of genius.
I love the Mission statement:

On the subject of biscuits might I take time out to say that the short beads that "Nellie" made for saturday night were scrumptious, my mum thought the one I "found" in my handbag on sunday was a shop bought one. Prog dog was very thankful for the 3 that he had too...
Them Biscuits were quality Nellie and as someone who has sampled a vast range of varying quality biscuits I should know, Mmmmmmmmm very lovely they were. :D
