I have a couple of questions - Firstly, I found what I think is the venue on google maps, a little black painted place on a corner of  digbeth high street, however it's sign clearly says "The Rinbow"  :?  Is that the place?

Secondly, is there an age limit on tickets, what with it being a pub and all?

Ta very much! :)

Ah, never mind, it says 18 and over on the ticketsellers website.

I wouls strongly suggest that you call the venue to see if you could go with an over 18 type person. Shame to miss it on a technicality

Just spoke to the venue it's 14+ age limit & it sounds like your in the right place (the corner of Digbeth High St & Adderley Street), I went over there Friday night to check it out, it looks a pretty cool set up with one mega bonus, It's very close to Chinatown so I feel a big noshup coming on after the show  :D
See you there

Hmm, might have to drive then. That'll be cutting it a bit close. Last train home is 23:15 from New Street.

I know it was cutting things a bit fine but after a bit of diary-mangling I've finally got myself sorted out with a ticket. If anyone wants a lift from (and back to)  Nottingham let me know and we can sort something out.

Can't wait! Any more Frosties going than the thread would suggest? I know a fair few of the It Bites mob are attending (see you there Batchain).

I doubt anyone will read this before setting off, but I'll be there with Mrs Drarok and Mikebass84.

I'm the long-haired one with the Frost* tshirt on...

No, not that guy!

Nor him.

Oh, forget it! :)

Can't really say too much by way of a review of last night 'cos it would ruin the surprise for the next two shows, except if you like the work of Richard Cheese you will be happy! Fantastic stuff :D  :D  :D

For those about to enter the Mysterious World of Godfrey and Mitchell - expect the unexpected! ;)

Without spoiling it for those of you going over the next couple of nights, your in for a treat.
Humour, great songs, great playing and a great atmosphere, almost like being in your own Frost* report!!!

Finally got to speak to Jem 'in the flesh' after the gig and he was on top form. Also spoke to JM and VitP (again) and met Lee Abrahams (he of the Black and White album, check it out).
All thoroughly nice blokes and an all round good night.

Oh, and Grif, I think I was sat talkin to you and your good ladt before the 'main event' - dashed bad form I didn't introduce myself, but better late than never!!!!

Excellent gig - full of amazing playing, humour and general sillyness!

I think even if we posted the set list it wouldn't be a spoiler as you can't possibly imagine how different some of the songs sound.

Highlights:
The global trip
Cheeseville
"And again..."

Oh, and did TBE admit to killing a lobster by playing it Pendragon or did I hear that wrong???

It was a great show, really good fun and intimate. A big hello to Mooncat, it was nice to meet you and I will definitely be taking your recommendation and buying the new Steve Thorne album.

All I have to say is if you have any doubts about attending this, or there is any possible way for you to get to one or both of the remaining gigs, GO! I was (almost) right at the front and it was such an amazing night of music =) no spoilers although Jem, I know you're a very very busy man but please get this recorded and released somehow lol, I will pay through my wide grin to have some of the stuff you played last night =)

Awesome! Also take money, there is a t-shirt and it makes me howl every time I look at it!

'I killed a lobster inhumanely once by playing it Pendragon'   I lol'd!

Thanks to Jem and John for pics after as well!
