My finances are going to be fecked with this and the Black Live Machine tour, DOTR2 and Touchstone/Tinyfish, but I have to get tickets for Sheffield at least! Yippee! :D

Why do bands always decide to steal my money at the same time!?

Frost* gig coming up in December (13 days! YAY!), and then Iron Maiden and Rush have both decided they want to announce their new tours.

Ah well, guess I'm not eating for a few months, worth it

Make sure you have PLENTY of cash ready.

Tickets at the LG in Brum are £61 for the side blocks and £82 for the floor blocks!!!!!!!!!
(I've gone for the side - love them though I do, £85 (inc postage) for one band is way too much IMHO :( )

I might have to hold my fire (pun?) in getting two for Sheffield. Seeing over £100 vanish in one day is something I'm not sure my bank account would like very much...  :|

Oh, whatever happened to the days of them playing city halls for about eight quid?! Bloody success.

Fucking rush ticket prices, how do they work?

As the tour is called the 'Time Machine' tour, I'm assuming that they've obviously been into the future where everyone is awash with cash and even the poorest people are multimillionaires, set the tickets prices, and then forgotten to reverse engineer them back to today's equivalent upon their return.
(that said I'm still REALLY chuffed that they're playing over here again)

Got tickets for Brum. Tickets were what, £45 last time? Still, It's Rush, and I'm willing to shell out for that!  :D

Managed to get 4 SECC tickets in the centre, 4 rows from the front!  :D  8-)

That's the good bit.  The credit card is still recovering from a £328 beating...
If it wasn't my all-time favourite band playing all of my all-time favourite album, I would not be going - that price for tickets is just taking the proverbial.
See what you get for just £20 from Frost* - a ticket to a DVD shoot and a custom t-shirt.  Now that's real VFM.  ;)

Yeah, think I'll aim for cheaper seats... that's just getting silly... and as said, if it wasn't Rush...

Got mine, Brum  ... 7 rows from front in the middle .. can't wait  :D

Ticket prices have gone mad .. probably something to so with the loss of income due to illegal downloads !

With the ticket prices being what they are, I don't think any of the dates will be selling out soon. Nevertheless, I got my two for Sheffield. Row 57 in Block C, which is on Lifeson's side of the stage. No clue how far back that is from the stage, but hopefully I'll get a decent view. Yippee!  :D

I'm still considering going to another gig too, but that'll have to wait until January when I have a bit more cash.

Looks like we've tickets for Glasgow anyway... cheaper seats, though that's a relative term indeed here...

Gonna have to pass on this :(

Our gig-going has been somewhat expensive this year, and this is just the straw that would otherwise leave the camel in intensive care with severe vertebrae separation.
