Had a great day out in York yesterday. It was a toss up between Autosport Show @ £32 per ticket (The price just keeps spiralling upwards every year) or a trip round York.
Cameron and i had a great day going round music shops and had our first play with a Tenor-ion.
Got to say i was a bit sceptical at first, thinking it was just a bit of a toy but once you start the interface is pretty logical.
In only a couple of minutes we had a bit of a track developing.
There appears to be two versions of it. One with orange lcds and one with white. The only difference appears to be the orange has no lights on the rear and is around £200 cheaper.
Anyone know any other difference or experience of using one?
As for V-Drums-Awesome!
Want, want,want! 8-)
Jeezus is it really £32 a ticket for Autosport  I'm glad I got given a freebie ;)

I think the only differences are cosmetic.the original with white leds and leds on the back has an all metal chassis, so presumably would be a good deal more robust,

just found this:
http://tenori-on.yamaha-europe.com/uk/specs/ (http://tenori-on.yamaha-europe.com/uk/specs/)
the original has batteries too as well as external supply.
Thanks for that. My sons already saving his pocket money for one.
Then it will be the V-Drums or a new kit
