I found something along those lines, not extactly an ear trainer, but more of how good is your hearing, and if you have blown it out when you were younger.

Oooh that was interesting.
I can hear everything fine up to 16kHz; the last two I get more harmonics than root.
Still, not bad.

And I'm fairly pleased with my Ear Trainer results too!

At 48 I couldn't really hear 16khz in the office, at home on decent speakers I could, but not clearly. My son, aged 17, could hear all the frequencies clearly as expected.
