I found an article on How to eat: biscuits (http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/wordofmouth/2013/oct/24/how-to-eat-biscuits) in the Grauniad.
Some might say this is a masterly pointing out of the bleedin' obvious. I'm not sure I entirely agree with some of their assertions. A fourth biscuit makes you feel soiled? Huh??

I believe what they intended to say was - "A fourth packet will leave you feeling a little sick, guilty, somehow soiled." ;)
But even a dedicated biscuit-munching Frost*ie must beware, it seems:
