I'm only a quarter Scotch myself (Lagavulin...or was it Laphroaig? Can't remember....). My Grandmother was a Harley.

Except for the booze that's still in my system from Thursday evening. A night of legend that was...the unexpected ones are the best!
A small glass of Marqués de Cáceres, to accompany a lightly-salted cod done on the grill with oliva Mosto, red potatoes boiled in their skins with a light salad, and blue cheese on biscuits for dessert.
Somewhat eclectic, but most satisfying.
I too am a quarter Scotch, and I'm also a quarter Lithuanian. The other half is good British beef! ;)
No drink again for me, though I really do wish I had a pint of something to relax me down. I'm getting very hungry, the other flat dwellers won't shut up and Das Boot is on the TV. I've got quite a bit of work still to do, so it looks like I could end up pulling an all-nighter.

Opened a Penfolds 407 the other night, which was darker and more intense than the last time we had it. Must check the year, if I can find the bottle.
haha again i feel like im lowering the tone slightly by saying woo vodka! my tiny childrens tastebuds dont like beer cuzim a wuss so for now il stick to th tasteless stuff :D
