All depends on the circumstances: sometimes you don't want satellites to fall, sometimes you do ;)
Does Rosetta's final "(very, very) controlled (very, very slow speed) impact" in September this year count as a falling satellite, for example?
And will Tim Peake manage to come back from the ISS to a lifetime of school visits and gurning on-screen with Cox et al. without being in a falling satellite?
I'm sure Jem has something altogether weirder in mind ... but that certainly won't stop me asking him whether we can do a tad of co-branding somewhere along the line.
