Marillion - Happiness Is The Road; second best album, best song, biggest disappointment...huh? And a death as second biggest 'happening' is a bit shitty!

Some very odd results in there  :(

Ah, but good to see Katy Perry being voted 32 best newcomer. There's hope for prog after all.

Happiness Is The Road is a great album but the results for categories which include dislikes are always the same. Fans who expected a guitar based rockfest or Fish fans who still can't get over the fact he left 20+ years ago will still vote in this category as it gets to vent their spleen (Has anyone ever vented their spleen and what happens if you do?   ).
NME polls are a classic example. Pete Docherty is usually up for most awards but then tends to lead the waste of space category, but in this case i would agree.

It's probably not awfully good for you. On Bizarre ER last night there was a chap who had hacked his abdomen with an angle grinder, thereby almost disembowelling himself. This was not a smart move, but quite possibly was an attempt to vent his spleen. The phrase "letting it all hang out" could have been coined for this guy.)

(The reason he was using the angle grinder was to separate two metal framed bunk beds (by cutting through the vertical bits) as his mother in law was coming to stay... I think that there are probably easier methods of entertaining the family, and anyway, why couldn't he use a spanner like a normal chap?)
