Just going by the list! LOL :)  Castironchef either has it or should be receiving any second now... :)

Actually, the banana was sent on to the next recipient last Monday!  Thine banana has moved towards the west coast of the US... :)

1000 pardons!  :)  Thine banana is safe and sound, although I had the foresight to go on vacation the day after it arrived, and then promptly BURIED the box under vacation gear throw-up that remained in the corner of my room.  Ugh.

So, have slapped my own wrist thrice, I will be taking the banana to DC tomorrow to see what photo op presents itself, take a very wonderful Hello From DC picture, release all previous breathing into the banana, and pack it up for it's next part of the journey.

Sadly, the banana will be leaving at the height of Cherry Blossom season here, it seems almost to signal the sad end of those blossoms, which rarely last more than a few weeks tops.

Must check list, forgot where I'm to send this!

*Note: no real or inflatable bananas were harmed during the filming of this special, but don't ask me about the squirrels!*

Non sticky, non perishable, and non carbonated???  :)  I think that leaves me with plain old water with some food coloring in it???  LOL :)  Well, there goes the idea I didn't share!!!!

The Hindenburg Banana!!!!!!  Maybe that could be it's encore????  Fill it with helium, tie a long fuse to it, and let err rip!!!  I mean sail away.... :)

Now that gives me some awfully fun ideas!!!! LOL :)  Note to Self: I wonder if that lovely banana could hold say a gallon of lemonade, and could be squeezed to appear like it's pissing?!?  :)

No offense taken!!! LOL :)  Yonder banana has yet to arrive, but I wait with baited breath (fudge topped biscuits of course) and have concocted several foul/wonderful places to take thine nana!  :)  Frost at the White House?  Nah, boring.  Frost at the WWII Memorial?  Hmmm, maybe, Defense of the Realm and all that!  Frost at the National Zoo kindling some Panda love???  Possibly!  Ah, but Frost surrounded by Homeland Security before the Capital building???  Makes me weak in the knees with bladder rupture fantasies.... :)

WHERE IS JEM'S NEW BLOG NOW?!?!?!?! LOL :)

Good Lord, he has disappeared once again.... "Let 2011 be the year of Silence"  roared the God of Frosticles...

Perhaps it time to make this a Where's Waldo query??  Where IS our stalwart leader as the months flash by???

I rather think in some twisted parallel Universe, the Muse himself read my earlier entry and decided to spin the quantum fandango up for a stir to be-twix one and all! LOL :)  That or an even more frightening thought, somehow our silver cords have become a bit err, entangled, and shall we say, the haunting melody in my skull most definitely is not my own, I ponder if yonder man has suddenly become transfixed with Larry Fast meets Meatloaf, for surely no other could create such a pulsing maelstrom of sonic keyboard crescendos and thunderous opera choruses.... What! Oh.  What Ho!

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This simply will NOT do! :)  Not having Jem comments or videos is, is, is, it's just WRONG!  DAMMIT!

Note to self: Jem is brilliant and divinely obscure in a most deliciously random way, stay tuned...

Well then, enough said.

We may have to invoke FROST* Emergency Code: BAYWATCH, and promptly dispatch roadies to the Godfrey estate with emergency biscuits, tin foil hats, and one large rubber mallet!

Or is that SongLeaks???  :)

I rather like this concept, I do! :)  Me wonders if one was to setup a website for such, would brave and completely anonymous artists blink if they found there copyrighted material now done by some randomly brilliant other artist there, and it all just happens, because that's the way our Universe is working right now... no secrets, things all wished with held seeing the light of day in unexplained ways.

Just think, We Are Anonymous group would either take full cheers for responsibility or blame... for aren't we all anonymous in some way?  :)

Ah drats!!  Bloody lawyers needed again it seems.  So do video copyright laws and music copyright laws fall under the same rule?  I suppose if it's sold for profit it does...  Could always switch to a minimum donation for a live performance DVD Gift from Sir Jem???  That way it's not sold for profit... :) Or perhaps a completely unofficial bootleg video of a live performance of the song?  :)

For the love of music, let my song free!!!  Err, let Mr. Copeland's song free!!!!!  Umm, let Sir Godfrey's entirely new treatment of Mr. Copeland's song free!!!!  Where is WikiSongs when you need it????

Quote:idea: Carl Palmer seems to have the key to all this as ELP, Asia, Qango and his own band all play FFFTCM, perhaps that nice Mr Palmer could explain the way around this

I don't think the 'live performance' of music is classed the same as a recorded work for the purposes of copyright

Splendid then!  I look forward to it's inclusion in the new Frost Live DVD!!!!  Hey, so it wasn't on the play list, it just sorta happened, a spontaneous eruption of sorts! LOL :)
