Hi all, it's been some time since I was on here, so did this intro ever get on to Drarok's page?

I've just stumbled across this for next year http://bit.ly/1g4k4ZX. Not seen this mentioned anywhere else, so does anyone know if it's genuine? Good line up and a change to a proper venue  ;) How about a Frost* appearance, what with the new album coming and all.

Has anyone got an mp3 or similar of the walk-on intro from Frost*Bites - did Jem squirrel it away somewhere for general consumption?

Can't wait for next week's tantalising instalment at Celebr8.2

I apologise if I'm being a bit of an arse about this, but not only have you confused my choice by introducing another colour, but all the red T's show totally different fonts to those on offer before  :? ..........are these now numbered 9-12 :?: I quite like "Finbeard" though....any idea what font that is :?:

It's been a while since I've been here :o  but saw some tweets about forum t-shirts and just couldn't resist! These look really great, just can't decide what font would look best......any chance someone could list what the font names are, then I can see what "Splinky" looks like in each before I commit.

Other Bands / Re: Steve Hackett - Glasgow 18-11-10

I too went to see the Hackett at my local, The Brook in Southampton on Tuesday evening. The place was jammed packed to the rafters, mostly with middle aged balding men wearing some form of black t-shirt, myself included (although at least mine was a Frost*ie  TPE variety). I have to say I agree with DS as I was bowled over with how good he and the band sounded, particularly the older Genesis stuff – I almost had a tear in my eye at the end of Watcher of the Skies with the nostalgia of it all (unfortunately I remember it first time round!!). I had seen him at High Voltage in the summer and thought then they sounded great and should have done a much longer set. Even my teenage son had to admit to being impressed particularly with the fine drum solo near the end. In addition to DS's track listing he also played something new called Prairie (I think) which eventually rolled itself into Los Endos. At least he has kept more to his roots and not gone down the commercial "quick buck" route like some other members of Genesis I could mention.....?

Did I miss this...? There's nothing on the Dividing Line archives so has it not happened...? It sounded like Jem was all ready prepared...6-8 weeks should've put it somewhere in early September........

You won't find it anywhere that the public can get to - and it MUST remain that way.
If you don't know the history of why, start reading here.... :)

I'm sure I have no idea what you're talking about, but IF there was something that must not be made public, I would be reluctant to entrust it to strangers. The new tinyfish album is already on torrent sites, so even prog bands have unscrupulous fans. I hope people recognize the importance of discretion and act accordingly. It's ok to perpetuate a myth as long as it stays a myth.

I am completely au fais with most of the history of whatever it is your talking about, just this last bit seemed to elude me!! Anyhow, I fully understand that this is purely for private and personal gratification only..

So, thanks to Mike for sending a very delightful email this morning and with that I will never speak of this again........
