The way I (and most Dedicated Frost*ies) see it, we're thankful for whatever time Big Jay can devote to Frost*; we don't expect albums or even one-off songs, as he's so inordinately busy, so they're even more of a treat when they show up
So a DVD? Only if you manage to clone Jem, or give him a winning lottery ticket
If it were to happen, it would need someone other than Jem to organise it - someone experienced in professional video production and event organisation.
So.. not impossible. But it'd take some work by anyone-but-Jem. And plying Jem with a lot of calming biscuits.
