So TBE thinks that he's played drums on some tracks of the EP.  Will have to listen to it again now to try and work it out,    ;)

I believe Exhibit A was one of them.

Exhibit A was all Craig Blundell on Drums - recorded at The Strongroom Studios, Shorditch.

Gigs / Re: Frost* at Dingwalls 24th November 2017

One of the best Intimate gigs i've ever been too.

The Band were so great and humble with their fans - Signing merchandise and chatting to fans after the show - even saw 'The Mitch' indulging in some much deserved wine with fans too!

Couldn't believe Nellie had a Black Friday sale at the Merch desk!

Slightly confused as to why they didn't play British Wintertime..? As it was previously stated the Band would be playing the WHOLE of Falling Satellites... Oh well, we got the Dividing Line!

Bring on the new EP next year!

Just stumbled upon this thread...

I'd love to jump on board if this project is at all still alive and kicking?

It just so happens I've been working on my own special version of 1976...

Ooo nice work!

...I might just have to write up a rendition of 1976 myself...

Frost* / Unreleased Tracks

I've been reading a lot of Jems posts recently and noticed he mentions working on tracks 'Exhibit A', 'Clocks Go Back,' 'Heart Of Violence', '1976', 'Fathers' etc...

I Know Fathers wasn't released on FS because it didn't fit the overall vibe and concept of the album and 1976 STILL isn't finished (9 years and counting!) but what became of the others and does anyone know if they'll eventually be released?

If anyone wants anything that's highlighted on my Frost*ology thread that isn't on Drarok's site, let me know.

I have loads of the Frost* Reports, somewhere, they keep hiding with computer changes, sneaky little buggers they are ::)

Any chance you could send me all Frost reports post 2009? I know it might be a hell of a lot, but I gotta try!

Thanks.

1) weren't any of these nuked by the viral attack?
2) pass (but track down a bit of Saline in the Rosetta thread (I think). If you've not seen that, it's well worthwhile for the visuals alone)
3) EP, or something, 2017 (hopefully)
4) (a) Milliontown 2013 is on Bandcamp
    (b) EIMA I don't think he's got around to doing, or if he has the record company still own the rights.

I stress "I think" (I'm no expert). Jem might wonder up and confirm/deny/scratch his head sometime

I had no idea the Frost Reports got nuked because of a virus... shit the bed.
Yeah, there are instrumental version of the whole album of EIMA. They were released on a special addition of the album which has since gone out of print.
I did hear in an interview with Jem that he's planning some sort of EP of Unreleased songs from the Falling Satellites album - I hope it is early 2017!
Just found out about the Remixed version of Milliontown via bandcamp - worth buying? Why was it not put out for commercial release (iTunes, amazon, merchdesk)?

Cheers

While http://www.drarok.com/frost/ has a hell of a lot of Frosty cool material on his site (which I am very grateful for) there is a lot that's not up there:

- Most of the Frost reports post 2011/12.
- Instrumental version of EIMA.
- Unreleased tracks from Falling Satellites or the proposed Six Minutes to September album.
- Alternate mixes of Milliontown and EIMA

Any marvellous chap out there have any of this? Or anything rare that's not up on Draroks site? Or know where I can find of such wonderful things?

Cheers.

So much for finishing off 1976 and all the other elusive left over tracks from EIMA...

Please work on this!

Friends Of Frost* / Guitarist Needed!
« on: August 11, 2016, 06:45:19 PM »
Hello!

In need of a Frost-bitten Guitarist to record some, well...guitar tracks for some Frost/Rush/Porcupine Tree esq songs I'm currently working on. Open to all sorts of weird and wonderful ideas. Guitarist would have free rain on pretty all of the tracks - go wild!
Any help would be much appreciated.

Check out my soundcloud for a few examples of some of my previous recordings.

Email me over at jackmorris38@hotmail.com if interested.

Jem - "However I plan to get back at it with the remainder of the material I have here over this coming winter and then we'll be back out again, this time focussing on the EU next spring."

Does this mean a tonne of Unreleased Falling Satellites material to be released? Or completely newly written tracks? Or both!

I heard in an interview there were 4 or 5 tracks left off of FS...

Thanks so much! Shame this was never officially released.

Wonder why Frost* never covered the full 9 minutes of the song though...
