In case anybody is still fighting with that archive format, I finally got around to notating the back half of the piano part to add to the version I had posted previously.  It sure took a while, but I was doing it for the study anyways.  Here are some links in convenient standard formats...

On a side note, what do you guys think is the proper way to notate the main motif that is in seven.  It is so syncopated.  It does not really feel like (2+2+3) or (2+3+2) or (3+2+2) or any of the other common approaches.
