Quote from: "LivingForever"Looks like some good bands have played there previously... :-) They're almost all Swedish though (not that there's anything wrong with that!)

:) yeah, that's correct. But they all play the universal music of PROG! :)

Frost* / Re: Frost* - any upcoming releases?
February 23, 2009, 08:02:00 PM
thanks guys. I'll will check "the cube view", so nothing around the corner then. I'll just have to be patient..

Really enjoyed the special edition of EIMA. Jem is like a supermusician and a comedian at the same time. Gotta love it! Would be nice with some more video blogs, but they're just liked to the band I guess?

Oh, well... I get by :)

Frost* / Frost* - any upcoming releases?
February 22, 2009, 09:32:25 PM
I don't know if I have missed something or..

I think I heard about some EIMA leftovers-EP that would be released around christmas for free?

Then Jem talked about a "live" DVD I remember.

So.. any tips on when these will arrive?

Milliontown and EIMA are sick albums, always listen to them on my ipod. Can't get enough. So tell me when to get my money ready for the next FROST* release. Can't wait :D

Quote from: "Freddy"COOL! Thanks for all your answers. It's a cool thing, never thought of it like that. Sure I'm aware of tempo changes in songs, but then it has always been bigger change in tempo. These changes I don't think that I really notice when listening to frost, and I guess that's the point? You should'nt think "ooo a new tempo". It's more feel, correct?

I think you all deserve a swedish made biscuit now :D

Yes, let's pass around some Singoalla and Ballerina or something. (;-)
:D   mmm good stuff...   :P

Ask Frost* / TEMPO MAP?
February 16, 2009, 08:22:17 PM
Hey there,

Watched the reports the other day. Noticed that you show us a "tempo map" of some song. Different riffs (I think it is) in different BPMs. BUT the alterations are really small, like from 87 BPM to 92 BPM or something. This seem a bit strange to me.

SO.. Have I missed anything? and if you use this method - WHY? :D

When I make music its the same tempo from point A to point B :D

cheers! /F

Addictive sound way better than EZ in my oppinion. I have used them both and I'm pretty tired of EZ by now. So please check addictive before you make your decision, otherwise you'll regret it! :D

agreed!

And I hope Andy will take the opportunity to challenge the touring guy by recording impossible bits in the future. :)

Rock on!

Frost* / Re: EIMA makes MP's 2008 Top 10 !
January 07, 2009, 04:28:12 PM
Quote from: "EVP"Interesting through as I received an email from Roadrunner announcing all their
artists fav top 10 of '08 and not surprisingly, MP's top 10 is slightly different.
Funny how most everyone's top 10 is rather skewed to RR's own artists.
At least we know what Mike's real top 10 includes ;)

well... actually no. He gave RR that list before he got a hold of EIMA. Read MP's full statement here if you will:

Cheers!
