Just to give you all the heads up.  Lots of people have contacted us about day tickets. We will be releasing day tickets but we are concentrating on weekend tickets at the moment. Day tickets will be £45.00 you get to see IO EARTH, DISTRICT 97 (First ever UK show), FROST* & THRESHOLD. Frost* will get a full set as will all of the bands hence only 4 bands on the bills.

Nobody wants to see a 45 mins set now do we? No we're all greedy and want full on sets.

Oh you also get to see the acoustic stage with lots of surprises and intimate sets, these will run in between main stages so you won't miss a thing.

Just to let you know, although you probably do alraedy that LEE ABRAHAM & IO EARTH are playing H.O.P. this Sat July 31st. I've just heard that John Jowitt is going to be tech roadie. Haven't seen JJ for ages, looking forward to catching up.

OOOO In case you haven't heard ARENA have confirmed a show on Nov 12th tickets are flying out of the door. LOOK there goes one now. (Personal note, engineering tickets with wings for speedier delivery may have not been the best idea. I blame drinking wine and watching Harry Potter myself but there you go, seemed a great idea when I was stoned on the red stuff.) :lol:

It's just landed at the venue. In CD player now!!

JOHN MITCHELL & JOHN BECK will play on Saturday 12th June as part of Matt Fest 2!! Needless to say I'm very excited about this. Hope you can support this. I should have the full sexy line up announced later this week. PROG+BBQ+BEER=GOOD TIMES!! Football nutters will be happy to know that there will be 2 screens showing the game of two halves. One will be in the middle bar & the other in the bar that cannot be named, the one we have to drag artists out of to get them on stage.

Matt Smith makes his debut on Saturday BBC1. From what I've seen it looks damn fine. Stephen Moffit is behind this new series and he's a genius! I'd be very interested in your views on the new series after Saturdays show. Matt is taking on after David Tennant who made this show his own, so not an easy task.

Now I don't know if this is going to bark up your tree, but I thought I'd pass the word on. My great mates are doing a very special freebie for me. The guitarist is ranked in the top 20 best guitarists in the World. He's flying back from Korea fresh from playing in front of thousands, TV stuff, MTV Asia and the rest. He flies in to the UK for 2 days before flying to the Maldeves. So rather than let the jet lag hit his amazing band are playing me a special show.

Anyone who loves pure Rock will find that this will change your life! I mean it!! No bull poo, honest!! FROST* is the only Proggy site I'm even bothering with this, I'd be beaten with a bent wand otherwise. I feel Frosties are much more open minded so here we go.

(a) FASY LIVE FREE SHOW WED 7th APRIL AT THE PEEL 8.00pm DOORS.

(b) Twang will open as no other band want to open for Fasy. Yes they're that good.

(c) They will play a 1hr 30min set.

'I can't explain to you the feeling I got when I saw Hendrix and Led Zep live for the first time, but I'm feeling it now'. This quote is from a guy aged 63 who wondered in to the venue the last time they played live. That night we finished at 1.30am. The guv was away and we ummm broke all the rules. I got caught lol so this unfortunately will finish by 11.00pm latest.
