haha, legend. Thanks Pedro :) The demise of Frost* made me sad, but Jem's article on Sound Design in SoS cheered me up no end. I had a feeling it was him writing and then at the end I checked and confirmed it and it made me a happy camper. Hope all is well over here :)

seen them 3 times, 4th is this Thursday at Metro Radio Arena!! Can't wait. I think they are brilliant!! A little sceptical to how much performance is actually happening though. The other vocals from guitarist and bassist are not live, if anything they are just triggering gates for the backing vocals because I've heard them sing on earlier tours and it's rough. Also, I've not once heard the electric bass on any live mixes of theirs, and even at times when live he's strumming away and there's no bass sound and there's no MIDI pick up on his bass either. The guitar is also mixed ridiculously quiet. I don't think Rob Swire has much faith in his bandmates haha! It's all drums synth and his auto tuned vocal. I can usually forget about that though and just dance my tits off which is nice.

I can die a happy man after seeing this gig. It truly was spectacular on every level. The band were on fire, so much more oiled than in the past two gigs i saw them (supporting SB and DT). Really, really, AMAZING. Still buzzing right now!!!

also found this on youtube: if anyone else has any more, please share!

Very worried about Saturday's gig in Manchester. Last time they came here, I was left black-light-machine-less because John could not make it in time. Luckily they played it in Leeds when they supported DT however! Just hoping we don't miss the show, we're getting the train from Ncl about 3pm to get there around 6 and head straight there. Nightmare! Anyone else going to Manchester show?

Although east coast have said, any tickets can be used up to two hours either side of the booked train, to help people get to places in time. Might have to take advantage of that one!

ARGH!!! I REALLY wanted to see that show but going to london just costs too much and no one else was keen. I <3 apostrophe. I saw them here at the sage a few months back, was incredible. Man that sounds absolutely sublime. I don't think they're playing anywhere else in england or I'd be there!

Quote from: "Jim Takacs"Wow, I Just picked The Resistance up yesterday. Yes I Purchased the actual tangible Compact Disk!  :o  Listened start to finish!  Wonderful collection of Classical "rock" Compositions and Loved em' all, BUT, Its Not Absolution and there just isnt that Hair on the Back of the neck raising, Body becoming a Giant goosebump quality to this album like Jem's compositions! Its Good, Its Just Not Frost* Great! ;)

Yeah, its not as good as Absolution, that's fer true!! Now a surround sound mix of Absolution, I could die a happy man!! I have the instrumentals and even then you can hear so much more

Manchester?! Not bad at all! I did just find those three dates, but had to find some dodgy third-party ticket seller by searching Frost Gig Manchester and then going back looking using the date. Maybe i'm missing something but maybe some other people are as clueless as I was?
Feels like I missed the announcement or something. Anyways, crisis averted. See you there :D
