I just saw them yesterday and damn. I still really can't believe what I saw. It has to have been one of the most awesome shows I've ever seen. Totally mindblowing to see three guys of age, RAWK like there's no tomorrow. Absolutely stunning. I don't have any more fancy words to describe them. :P

For me it's one of the most awesome synth lead solo's I've ever heard. The power and the feeling of that whole piece is just mindblowing in my opinion. The pure emotion of that solo is unheard of in synth world.

Guitarists have it much easier with this kind of stuff. All those techniques they use on their fretboards, to really make the notes sing. It's quite awesome to think, that Jem pulls off the same stuff, just with some keys, a pitch and modwheel.

OHNOES!!!!

This news is WAY too awesome. I've loved Nick as a drummer ever since I started playing the drums. Later on I discovered he is an AMAZING singer too.

This is really, really exciting. I would freak out if Frost* were to release some sort of recording of this gig.

Wow really cool. :D

Production could be a bit more energetic imo, but it's not bad at all!

Great job!

I always use Addictive Drums, lots of options for mixing and the sounds are great imo.

If EZ Drummer can top Addictive Drums, I'll have to look into it.

Ask Frost* / Re: Jem, is there any chance....

That would be excellent! I doubt Jem has enough time on his hands to do something like this soon, but it would definitely be educational.

I've never heard of any hate for Mellotrons, before Jem Godfrey came along. Now it's like everyone hates them, just because he does. No offence.

Okay, they can be a bit too much from time to time, but come on! How can you say that they're not cool anymore because they're old? I'll tell you what else is old: Moog, Hammond, Fender Rhodes, GUITARS!

It's a vintage sound, nowhere else to be found. Where's the love?
