Atari 512?? running Passport Mastertrack Junior, nice!
Fruityloops  for midi programming and Roland VS880XT for audio. Shame they didn't do Fruityloops for Mac.
MBox mini & Protools on Mac - sooooooooooo Slooooooooooooooooow
Reason 2 - bloody brilliant! Have upgraded to every version since. Now running Reason 5 with Record 1.5.
Can't recommend highly enough. Handles everything I can throw at it and more. Reason 6 out in september.
Includes audio recording. I'm guessing, but I think they've combined both programmes. Also bringing out their own interface
and a 'lite' version aswell.

Quote from: "Pedro"Just wish I could have thought of something to say when a random camera crew nabbed me afterwards....
You and me both Pedders!  Mr Shed was nicely articulate though. :)

What a totally brilliant gig. They've moved into a different league with this line up and that's no slur on those that came before.

Great to meet up with everyone again. Was anyone doing a Frosties Report?

Quote from: "El_Mayonnaise"What time did the gig finish?

Our train was delayed in the end and didn't arrive till 23.10
If I remember correctly about 23.10.

Quote from: "tomskerous"On the other hand, can I vote for keeping the (slightly more rehearsed) Dividing Line, and do far less Marillion and Transatlantic please?

Was the "hold on my heart" bit of the set for me that - too many V IV I songs. I know others mileage may vary.

There were only 2 Marillion songs and 1 Transatlantic song! Even a man of such high standards as you can allow us prog nerds that much...

 ;)

Agree with LF. Nowt wrong with a bit of V IV I progression either ;)

Bloody marvellous!

Great to meet up with some of the usual subjects again and wish I could've stayed for the whole weekend.
Absolutely brilliant set choice. Great to see Tinyfish in electric mode, enjoyed every minute of them.

Quote from: "Jem"Majorly good progress tonight on The Dividing Line. TBE's agreed to drum it and I got up to about 6 minutes 30 of music today...and that's before the whole instrumental section that I've got planned goes in.

I might have to expand the predicted minutage. 12-15 minutes now??  :D

There is some properly cool stuff going in here. It's sort of like a Black Light Machine 2.
That deserves a good few Smilies!  :D    8-)  ;)

Oh Yes!  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

Quote from: "RacingHippo"GB - whatever you do, don't ever, ever turn on Radio 2 before 730am.
Really.

Like Pedders we have local radio on, for school closures, traffic reports etc.
Is it something to do with a woman presenter, who likes cats and may, or may not, be partial to the odd drop of Vimto? ;)

We have Radio 2 on at work and my dear colleagues refuse to move the dial. I don't have a problem at all with Radio 2, apart from 2-5 pm weekdays - Steve Wright in the afternoon. Why do they employ someone to front a music show - technically speaking that's what its supposed to be - who has no interest in music whatsoever.

"People don't want to hear music, they want me to re-tell them the news they heard moments before, or listen to my jingles just when it's the guitar solo, or how much people love the show, etc. and we get all this 'quality' for the bargain price of £400,000 per year!!!!!

I'll stop now because my blood pressure is going through the roof.  :x

Quote from: "Big Black Shed"The only downside to a Mesa is that they're HEAVY.

And the musicians who buy them think they come with a personal roadie. ;)  ;)

Well.... ;)

Quote from: "Bokkie"btw, the picture shows the amp of Nigel Tufnel from Spinal Tap.

I think Nigel has had an upgrade. He's on a Joe Satriani DVD saying that his new amps go to infinity. :D
