Does anybody here use Acid Xpress or Acid pro? I just got Acid xpress since I haven't used it since version 5.0 (back when I was a music newbie).

So I just got Acid 7 and reactivated my acid account (it's really a great system- you can publish stuff directly from the program to your profile page on the acid website), and I got all these random loop sample things. So I threw together a song quickly 'cos I had nothing else to do. Me and my friend had quite a few laughs putting this together (there was nothing we put in there that DIDN'T fit!). Note; I didn't record anything, these are all just samples that I put in tracks. Also, I don't know ANYTHING about production or mixing or anything of that nature. I just know to hit the record button when I need too.

I think this just says that HITN is a hard song to cock up. I only found it while browsing through all the Frost* reports earlier today. It put a big ol' smile on my face.

I hear it's going to cost about $2,000, which is a good deal considering the amount of amp you're getting.

This is totally my first foray into writing out music by ear, so please don't tear me a new one for being a total newb.

It's kind of rough as of yet, but I'm still working on it. I did it in 4/4 with all 16th notes. The second measure to me doesn't always sound right, and the second arrpegiated chord thinger I'm not so sure about.

I remember people were trying to work out Hyperventilate, among other songs. I've searched all over both forums and can't seem to find what had been completed thus far. Does anybody still have a copy of it??

Also, We should really consolidate all the songs we're trying to figure out by ear. There seem to be a lot of them and many of them seem to get lost in the annuls of the interwebs.

This may have been addressed before, but what's the deal with the frost*erisk?! Trying to be different?
