The aim is to keep this thread alive until then: we predict roughly a million years from now, around the time Frost*4 comes out (sorry, ouch, don't hit me, Boss: it's a joke!).

Oh yeah I agreee they look Games of Thrones-ish. But I've never watched that series.
And I hope you're wrong about next release date.
I got an e-mail today "New Frost release !" but it was just another band called Frost (Not Frost*) and Deezer got confused (because it doesn't understand " * ").

No, no, no. These are the characters from our Ambition sci-fi films, starring Aiden Gillen and Aisling Franciosi, both of whom have also starred in Game of Thrones.

Now don't tell me you haven't seen the Ambition films ...  :-\

I have seen Ambition movies several times each. And I said those actors looked "Games of Thrones-ish" because I have actually never seen Games of Thrones (and I don't plan to, thank you very much) so I had no idea they were in it. (If I keep answering a month and a half late every time, we might actually be able to make this conversation last until the end of times (or Frost*4 or Rosetta's rediscovery)

Have you seen the new website? It's all Frost*y and Christmassy!

Best of timing to wish everybody a pleasant Christmas season.

Whether it's a frosty one or a 35+ degrees one like here, it's obviously going to be a Frost*y one :)

December 13, 2016, 05:22:24 AM
yay! got an e-mail from bandcamp yesterday while I was with a friend and I forced him to listen to a few tracks :) It's good as always!

Then we had this question we couldn't answer to : is it easier to play guitar like this or is it just a style thing or a preference?
Would you please explain? I don't really get it haha :)

I'd love to visit England and The Netherlands for a gig or two, but it's not clear yet whether Americans will be allowed to leave their homes for the next four years.  :P

Well I've just heard a French pro-Trump activist saying on TV (jeez):
"What everybody forgets when they talk about Trump's project of building a big wall around the US is that he always also mentioned a big GATE in the middle of that wall."
Phew, you're saved.

If you go and see Frost* on a boat
Does a falling satellite float?
In a forest unheard,
A tranquil mockingbird

Slightly embarrassing though that a good deal of our conversation was about music that could only tangentially be described as prog  ::)
Not at all embarrasing.
Prog itself is such a mix of styles and tastes; if you claim you only like prog and nothing else, you're robbing yourself of a lot of music you'd love.
And if Prog Mag doesn't recognise that, it's to their embarrasment, not yours!
I know that was ages ago but I feel, about prog music, that it's a special genre compared to most others. People who listen to prog are mostly music lovers. And prog seems to be a great (and sometimes odd) combination of different music styles. That's why we love it! I don't know anyone "only" listening to prog, and I guess that's even more true in a Frost* fanbase :)

So, fresh from my gig at the Prog Awards (cough), I'm now heading south for some live stage shows in Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra this coming weekend, talking about Mars with Buzz Aldrin (as you do  ;)) and others.

Ahhh you seemed super fresh indeed.

Quote from: Trapezium Artist on November 01, 2016, 07:45:28 AMIf there are any Frost*ies in the area who're coming along, let me know (of course, Manon will be there  8)).
Three years later... haha.. yaaaay, I was there, it was awesome, thank you :D

Quote from: Trapezium Artist on November 01, 2016, 07:45:28 AMI've discovered that the rentals in Sydney are booked out because of a big mass participation ride to Wollangong on Sunday  :-\

It's Wollongong! Come on, you don't even try (to be Australian). I'm glad you finally found a bike :)

Why is this topic still used? Is there a tiny chance Rosetta would sleep a hundred years and be woken up by some other satellite's true love kiss or something?
