Hello Frost*ies, long time no see. Just wanted to let you guys know you have less than 24 hours to head over to this poll on reddit and maybe we can get Frost* through to the next round. I don't feel too bad about vote brigading because it's mostly dead here, but I've been trying to get the band some more recognition and anything helps.

If you don't use reddit, that's fine, but I thought it would be nice to have a forum for the group in a place that would be more accessible to people. I'd be happy to make a few of the regulars here into moderators, just let me know on here (and give me your reddit username, or send in a PM or something.)

I thought with the box set and new albums coming up that it would be a good time to start getting the fandom more active again!

Hello frosties! I won this on eBay from Jem himself, probably about 8 or 9 years ago. I don't have a place to hang it anymore, so instead of sitting in a folded up bunch in my apartment, I'm releasing it to the family It's about 6 1/2 ft tall & wide. I'm fairly certain I paid about $50 after shipping for it (ebay only shows my purchase history back to 2016) so that's what I'd like to ask for it.

I'm not sure how to decide who gets it - of course I want a true fan of the band to have it. Does a "registration date" bid sound fair? (oldest user who wants it gets it) It's either that or post count...

His ability as a drummer aside, Andy has some of the best sounding drums I've ever head. From his solo tracks, to Phi Yaan-Zek's "Anomalies" album (which I'm still trying to get my hands on, but have heard some tracks online and Andy's drumming is ace and sounds phenomenal) and EIMA of course. I listened to his contribution to Martin Orford's album to find that the drums were mixed quite low... fitting to the album I'm sure, but not fitting for me.

I'm certainly not a drummer and I don't know very much aside from that I've heard some wildly varying drum sounds from across the musical spectrum, but whether its the drums themselves or the way they're recorded, I enjoy the sound from Andy's the most. They sound very real, detailed, strong... and have that certain something I'm not sure how to describe.

...to write reviews for EIMA over at our favorite Regressive Rock website (progarchives.com) to balance the many negative reviews it's sure to receive by the grumpy old guys there...

As far as calling it official, I'd like to, but I really would need the green light from Jem. He's stated before that he didn't know what IRC was, so I figured the band is not about to create their own (they're more forum-going types, anyway.)

I have a pair of black socks. I have worn them about 20 times... and yet still, when I remove them and hop into the shower in the evening, do my feet leak out little pieces of black sock material. Why does this happen, Frost*?

Will they be enabled, good sirs?

Has anyone heard this band?! They released their new album, "Progressive", completely for free! I know not much about these amazing musicians. Can anyone tell me more about them?
