Why is it, if you ask one of our US cousins to describe the generic name for that type of culinary ingredient they will tell you they are ...

"errrbs"

However, if you ask them what would they call somebody called Herbert, they say

"Herb"

 :?

Perhaps they're thinking of "rus in urbis".......as opposed to "Russ in Herbie's"

Isn't that a posh medical term for a cold sore in Moscow??  ;)

I hate hyperquoting. It's funny for a few posts, but gets old real quick.
So there.

That's just so wrong. I think.
Let's fix this problem, then!
That might be a good idea.
Won't catch me hyperquoting... :
Me either .... oh fiddlesticks
Tssk tssk, I would never do such a thing as Hyperquoting... Oh shi-
You guys aren't even trying.
.... D:
Is this how we broke the system earlier?  :P
It wasn't me, I didn't do it nobody saw me do it you can't prove anything
we haven't even begun tp test the system, right, FastHost?
tp test? who is supplying?
Sure I'll supply some!
this tp is a bit too rough for my delicateness..
Delicatessen?  I could really go for a sub right now...
That sounds good, let's meat for lunch  :D
This is a quotation. It's the repetition of one expression as part of another one, particularly when the quoted expression is well-known or explicitly attributed (as by citation) to its original source. Aha.
Hmm, you sure about that? What's your source?
Wiki always speaks the truth. Especially here.
WHAT, he's not a moose whisperer anymore?
Did you know that Jem Godfrey is an anagram for "Gee My Fjord"?
What about "My Freed Jog"?
That's a propitious accusation.
When quoting, you can save vertical space by beginning your response right after the closing square bracket after the "/quote" tag without hitting <return>. This also makes a hyperquote more visually appealing and a teeny bit less annoying to some....
I've pruned the spare lines out of this one. The old forum gave some quite pleasant curves when this was done.  :)
And we all love pleasant curves don't we kids? ;)
That's really quite pleasing to the eye - a bit like a Bridget Riley painting.  Is colour preserved in quotes?
That would be a "yes" then.  ;)
Has all this not broken it yet??
No (two spare lines deleted)  :D
Numbering the quotees can help when trying to find the limit
I'm pleased to say it's still working perfectly on my  G1. And looking delightfully curvaceous, to boot.
30 Works OK for me. What was hyperquoting? & that should be 31
32 I can see that too - marvellous stuff! :D
this is some big ass quote
curvalicious
