It's on Bandcamp, too. Question: what makes more for the artist, Bandcamp or CD?

usually Bandcamp, but it depends on the deal one has with their publisher.  Downloads will almost always get more money to the artist than a physical cd.

Yes indeed. Bandcamp gets more money to the artists as a rule, especially as there's an option to pay as much as you want for an album and some crazy but lovely people take that option.
