Yeah... been sifting through.  'Shitloads' would be the answer to my original question (!)

I used to stay in the loop via The View from the Cube when I was busy, but that seems to have gone now too     RIP - Jem's blog (Frost related or otherwise) was always a great read!

Also, whilst the new site's looking great, it's missing a news and gigs page... guess things have quietenned down a bit at the moment?
