Can anyone tell me some of the background to this piece? As in, are the vox lifted from a song and what is that song?

I may be wrong, but I believe Jem wroted it and had a vocalist come in to sing on it.  I think the same vocalist sings on some of the other Toys and I know Jem has mentioned her before - I just don't recall her name.
