Esoteric gigs - key change?

I noticed on watching the Esoteric videos on youtube that the songs are a semi-tone lower than the studio versions of the Frost* songs.

I take it you pressed your transpose -1 key there Jem.  I have perfect pitch you know.

Any reason why?

Not criticising it by the way, just my curiosity getting the better of me here.

this gets brought up in another thread (too lazy atm to find it!).  It Bites plays everything down a 1/2 step so John has an easier time of singing.  easy for the keyboard!
