Ha! I found that too.  Snowman PG Mash-up and TDL takes me (on a normal day) exactly door to door.  What better way to start / end the working day?
And gigging announcements? Can't wait!  :D
Come on, you\'re a lion!

Since Jemfest is in Florida, I hope you book your travel early before Clipper ship rental gets too ridiculous.

Just heard TDL for the first time today.

Absolutely brilliant.

Nuff said.

Well done Jem.

I'm surprised no-one has jumped back in yet, H3WMW, and told you what excellent taste you have. Which you have.

If you thought TDL was brilliant the first time, just wait until you've heard is for the tenth time, though; it really, really grows on you.

It's positively fungal  8-)

So Jem, what are the chances of a southampton/Bournemouth direction date? :D  :D  :D
Broadband! A whole 2.5MB of it!

What, standing on a stage in Leeds and facing south? :D

(I have to say that at the risk of sounding disloyal, the Frost* stint in support of Dream Theater in Southampton was by the far the worst of the four [?] Frost*ie gigs I've been too, but mostly because of the crappy hall it was in. Then again, I wouldn't expect Frost* to play anywhere that big on their own ... at least not for a couple of years yet ...  ;) )

The sound in the guildhall has always been crap, and i don't think anyone can change that, but the band was pretty good, from what i can remember. :)

Well, I recall us discussing this gig here and yes, the sound was very poor in some directions (including mine). Plus the front had been staked out by DTheads, making it impossible for me (who is no longer 18 by three decades or so) to get down there and see the band close up.

Meeting up with some fellow Frost*ies was good value, but I still feel bad that my very-proggy-but-not-yet-a-fan-of-Frost* colleague had that as his first (and perhaps only) Frost* gig, rather than, well, any of the others I've been at, the apotheosis of which was The Peel Christmas show.
