Nope as far as I can remember is it was all either english or maybe american actors that did the English-dubbed version.

I've never been so excited as when arriving at Helsinki Vantaa airport and seeing the Moomin shop... with lifesize Moomins!!

No, I love it! I can't imagine hearing the moomins speak without one, so I feel a bit sorry for all the English-speakers. (;-)
