Well winter has officially arrived in typical Central New York Style.
The lake effect snow beast has made it's return overnight and has
dumped about 7-8 inches of snow on us as of this morning.
Not only has it been snowing 2 inches an hour, but it's come in with
a flash and a bang complete with thunder and lightning.

Glad I have a brand new 4 wheel drive vehicle. I'm fairly confident of
my winter driving abilities,it's the other idiots out there I'm concerned
about when I'm out there. I usually take the back roads to and from work
as I can take my time.

I don't miss that one bit!  Makes you wonder why they named it Mexico, though.
...and I can feel the world is turning...turn around

Well I've traveled afar and made it back ;) I only saw two accidents on my way in
to work in the town of Palermo.

Yes it is funny that a town by the name of Mexico gets dumped on by snow like we do.
It's rare we get our first dumping before Thanksgiving. This could be an Omen
round two is coming Thursday-Friday.

That is fine as long as I have some(new)FROST* music to keep me warm. ;)

We had a brief run-in with some snow a few weeks ago. I wonder if we'll get snow for Christmas this year? Probably not. We rarely do, these days. (:-/

It's official: Snow prefers EIMA over Milliontown.
I was out for a walk, listening to Dear Dead Days when it started snowing. Then I listened to Snowman (perhaps a slightly unimaginative choice, but there you have it) and it stopped. So I went for Welcome to Nowhere and it started again. Clearly, this is science.

Indeed, there was something about this in Jem's blog, something like every time he worked on EIMA (the track) it started raining.... :?

I am feeling for my boy and his broken foot, if it does continue to snow here today he won't be able to enjoy it and we don't get much snow here.

Snow's been and gone here this morn.... and the bacon hasn't yet left the packet.

Rome hasn't seen snow for more than 20 years... so there you go...
You talk
You think you own me
You miss the point completely
These things I do they\'re not for you
I\'m sick and I\'m tired
Leave me alone...
