Obviously 'the gaffer' will be otherwise occuppied for a while, so I thought to come up with some ideas to pass on to the genius that is VitP might help things along. The IB shirts are quality and I think something along similar lines would be good......................

That said, there is the other side of things to consider, in that if we all buy Forum shirts, are we less like to buy new tour shirts which generates more £££ for the band and therefore help them continue to produce music ???

Not sure how many the 'minimum' quantity was for the production of the IB shirts, although I think it wasn't too onerous in terms of total numbers (not talking hundreds)

One issue I often have with band shirts in general is the quality of the fabric used. For obvious reasons, it's usually a low end cotton which is often rough or scratchy and a lint and hair magnet. If ordering a forum name shirt, I would gladly pay a premium for a high quality, soft cotton.

Why should the Frost* shop offer a forum shirt? To me, it's a fan thing. Could the band make any money with a forum shirt?

The nicest band t-shirt I have is one from Steve Lawson (solo bass player) which is an Ethical Threads shirt. Great fit, lovely fabric.

I thought the Esoteric gig shirts were amazing quality.  The material is really nice.

The minimum quantity for IB was 25.
I don't agree with the suggestion that offering a forum shirt will somehow damage tour shirt sales but this would be purely Jem's decision.
I'm not expecting anything to happen for weeks/months but I'd like to get one one day and I suspect we could find 24 others who'd like one...but I've been wrong before. :)
