If you simmer it for a couple of hours in red wine with a dash of rosemary and plenty of garlic, that should tenderise it nicely.

Sorry to break the flow, but I'll risk some clippings around the ear* to say:

The CD/DVD arrived! I was listening to them today while I was doing the lawn-dry, and I conclude they were very much worth the wait.

To all at the Frost* store: Grass-ias!

* I'm not 100% sure that you sods would resort to violence to protect your turf, but I wouldn't put it pasture...
