Find CRS very hit & miss.
Don't reply to e-mails, reasonably speedy on tickets.

Might just have to go for that PM, just to make sure

I'm evidently another one of those unlucky Stateside Frosties who pre-ordered through CRS and was left out. With as much as I paid for that pre-order, I'd surely give CRS a swift kick in the asterisk for screwing this up for the fans and the band alike.

Already PM'ed TLD and sent out the obligatory emails as recommended earlier, awaiting response.

I agree with the others' sentiments: as annoyed as I may be, I know the album is worth it and I applaud the valiant efforts of those whose unenviable task it is to set things to rights.

I've only heard of a couple of folks in the US getting the album so far, anyways. Did more American orders get bungled than, say, simpler UK ones?

No, it seems to be a bunch of orders around the 28th October, for some reason. Whoever ordered then wasn't passed on to us, so we couldn't send them on. Deb has many fine attributes, but she's not Doris Stokes...

I just found my log-in info at CRS, and discovered my order was on the 27th. I will pm Deb with the details.

I too ordered on the 27th, and my order wasn't initially passed on by the CRS.

Of course your 27th would be later in the day, due to the time difference, and could in fact have been more like the 28th here

I have to vent here......this whole situation SUCKS in a major way! This website pointed us in the direction of CRS.......I "PRE-ORDER", because I...like everyone else on this forum, have been following the making of this album and am dying to hear the end results.....and end up getting totally boned. Pathetic.

I ordered through CRS on Oct. 29th, so mine may very well be in that bunch. It'll all get straightened out eventually. Just a bump in the road.

Do calm down.
We're all a bit annoyed and frustrated, but thankfully, the band is on our side and are doing their best to rectify the situation.

It could be so much worse.

Maybe there's an email address somewhere in the CRS where we can send our complaints (I know I won't be shopping there again, and i'd like to let them know that), rather than directing them towards the band, who are doing their darndest to help us out.
