We now have access to a list of the orders we've had to compile ourselves, mutter mutter, so hopefully we can sort out where the problems are now pretty quickly.

There doesn't seem to be any problem with shop orders, purely those made via the CRS.

Me too. How long should I give her to reply before I turn to JJJ? I don't want to bother both of them if I don't have to.

Truth be told, I'd rather get it a week from now and know exactly when it's coming than get it in a couple of days and have to keep checking my email and mailbox constantly to see if anything has arrived. It's not the waiting that's the problem. It's the waiting for something to arrive at a completely unknown time. I'd like a clue.

Good News for CRS orderers in North America.

I received an e-mail from Deb today letting me know that my autographed deluxe package was shipped on November 14!

That is how I received my shipping confirmation. I should have it early next week!
