"Free" email course on "Recording Tips & Tricks"

I had an email about SAE courses which included the magic word; "free".  :)
I can't validate anything they say but I post here in case it is of interest....

Is that SAE as in "Stamped Addressed Envelope"? My, haven't used one of those since I used to watch Blue Peter as a nipper!

Ahh, the days of the 'Stabbed Undressed Envelope' as I recall them being known!!!!

Kids, this is how we used to enter competitions before text and email, and when phoning anything that was going to charge you more than tuppence ha'penny was strictly forbidden!!!

Not any more, but it used to be the only way to vote for Opportunity Knocks, Eurovision and Sports Personality of the Year.
