In my last band the bass player fancied himself as a multi-instrumentalist in the mould of Geddy Lee. He actually had a whelk-xylophone on stage. Sadly his attempts to MIDI up his dad's Corby Trouser Press ended up as a total musical and sartorial disaster. After that he could only play in flat keys  ;)

Previous attempts to gig with the things have failed too with one unlucky roadie creasing himself.

I've heard of Corby trouser presses being very useful on tour, for reheating cold pizza in your hotel room.
