I have plonked you in the list but I should defer to RacingHippo who is manfully logisticising this so well.
I'm guessing that we don't really want to say "no" to anyone but overall progress has been rather slow to date so sooner or later the US leg of the tour will need to end.

I have messaged MTBD and will have the slim yellow one out of here as soon as I hear from him. I was hoping to take the banana on the Stockton, CA foreclosure bus but there were no available seats.
