I was hoping for a D-50 expansion for the Fantom G but I think we're done with the expansions on this thing. I've been trying to get a good deal on a D-550 for a while, since I don't have room for another keyboard synth, and my rack is looking pathetic with only a power conditioner left in it...

I remember drooling over the D-50 when it came out, but all I could afford back then was a little Kawai K1, so I'm very jealous of you.

That's fun, my sytnhs are precisely a Kawai K1 & a D-110

I don't play the D-110 any more, but the K1 is still my MIDI keyboard controller!

I've still got my K1 as it was a very, very special birthday present from my wife all those years ago, and I still keep it for sentimental reasons.

Did you ever get any sysex-files? I bought my D-50 some 6 months ago and I have a bunch of them, including all Rolands cards + a lot of third-party ones that are not on the market anymore). Most noteworthy a complete wonderful bank from a fellow Swede (whos name I´v now forgotten). Let me know and I´ll e-mail it to you.
