A prose piece I wrote based on a Frost* song

Read it and review please.  Just got finished writing it 10 minutes ago, so be nice.

By the way, I'm well aware it sounds slightly emo.  And some might misconstrue certain statements in that piece as critical of the song in question.  Let me be clear: this is not critical of any Frost* song in any way, shape or form.  Let's see how many of you can guess the song.

Well, we have a life outside enjoying Frost :shock: but I really liked this. I am still not sure which feeling / mood you were trying to capture but I guess the song is Hyperventilate since there is no mentioning of vocals?

It is indeed.  And the piece, in retrospect, is a bit crap.  I tried to do too many things at once.
