Does it do the seamless patch change thing?

Depends on effects complexity. For the most part it's possible, yes. Except when going from-to KB3 mode, then it will always "click" a bit - that's because the engines are completely different. The only machine that does true seamless patch change thing (without sacrificing half of FX power and halving the number of timbres available, like on those lousy Fantoms  :lol: ) is the impeding Korg Kronos. I'm saving up for that one, as well.  :twisted:

Oh I didn't play quite perfectly here... I could've sneaked BLM solo in, though. Perhaps next time.  8-)

Really good in all categories also (orchestral, piano. leads, fx etc). This is a true work horse, eh?!  

Yep, it has hands down the best orchestral sounds amongst all the workstations, period. The VA engine inside is absolutely amazing, too. The filters are SICK! Effects are crazyawesome (it's like having two Kurzweil KSP8 rack FX units inside).
