Can't claim too much credit - was posted on Twitter by Steve White (Style Council, Paul Weller drummer and hero of mine).
Just thought it raised some very valid points regarding the increasing pressures on artists

And general decent bloke into the bargain - met him once at a drum clinic he did with Simple Minds' Mel Gaynor.  I really went there to see Mel but came away more impressed with Steve! (So much so I almost could forgive him for playing for the Style Council...  ;) )

Only joking :) A lot of that has become the standard opinion now of the industry now. I myself rarely buy music unless I can get the cd for a fiver or less.

Seriously. Sell albums for fivers, I'm sure more would be made than no one buying it.
